YHWH Returns: Response to Maestro M. Erano Evangelista on the second coming of Jesus 2

Here is some more material responding to Erano and the claims he makes about the second coming of Christ. Read here first before continuing: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/yhwh-returns-response-to-maestro-m.html.

Let's carry on.
"If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.
Deuteronomy18:18-19

God gave a strict warning that we should listen only to His prophet like Moses and since Maestro is that prophet and they are not.  They should not adversely react but first completely listen to what God has commanded His prophet to reveal about Jesus beginning from His word in 2 Samuel 7:12-14. Otherwise, they will be accountable to God.

How will God begin to put them into account?

To answer before listening - that is folly and shame.
Proverbs 18:13 NIV"

I have already demonstrated that Erano is NOT the prophet in Deuteronomy 18 in these articles here: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/who-are-false-prophets-maestro-erano.html
Again, Saying he is the prophet doesn't prove it. You need to demonstrate HOW he is the fulfilment of these passages and NOT dismiss what I say simply due to lack of prophetic credentials.

"They will be put to shame by God in front of all people because their blogs will be evidence that they had not completely read these revelations."

Any can read an entire document from beginning to end AND YET REJECT IT. Reading a document from back to back is meaningless.

"The first to be chosen for this task was David’s direct descendant, his son, Solomon.

But you will have a son who will be a man of peace and rest, and I will give him rest from all his enemies on every side. His name will be Solomon, and I will grant Israel peace and quiet during his reign. He is the one who will build a house for my Name. He will be my son, and I will be his father. And I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’”
I Chronicles 22:9-10 (NIV)

The first choice for the title “Son of God” was the real son of David, King Solomon – called a man of peace. As prophesied, he was to be called a “Son of God” for building the house with the Name of God. The religions do not have any teaching that describes King Solomon as a “Son of God.” Solomon should have been the first to be recognized as a “Son of God.

A complete strawman of what the Christian position on the term son of God means. Son of God depending on context refers to an adopted son of God, a servant, or in the case of Christ can refer to his deity.

Jesus has two sonships in the New Testament, a divine sonship and a royal sonship as I have mentioned before in the past. Solomon is adopted as God's son and also has a royal sonship.

“Now, my son, the LORD be with you, and may you have success and build the house of the LORD your God, as he said you would. May the LORD give you discretion and understanding when he puts you in command over Israel, so that you may keep the law of the LORD your God. Then you will have success if you are careful to observe the decrees and laws that the LORD gave Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”
I Chronicles 22:11-13 (NIV)

This was the reminder that King David gave Solomon - for him to be strong and to obey the Commandments.

Even though the house was built, the Name of God was not known by his people during his time because King Solomon also built temples for the false gods of his wives (I Kings 11:1-13).

But what these preachers failed to teach us is that the task in the prophecy in 2 Samuel 7:12-14 never ended with Solomon but was passed on to Jesus."

Christians don't deny that 2 Samuel 7 being applied to Jesus, BUT that doesn't automatically mean that Jesus was a sinner or become a sinner as I have pointed out previously: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/how-erano-evangelista-deceived-humanity.html.

"But again, what did God say concerning His prophet like Moses?

Is it true that Jesus’ task is to introduce the Name of God?

Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”
John 17:25-26 NIV

Or in another version:

O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me. And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”
John 17:25-26 NKJV

The question is – what is the Name of God that Jesus taught or declared to us?

The answer is NONE - which signifies that he failed in his mission."

Erano misses the entire point of what Jesus is saying, Jesus is talking about making the Father known to people. There are Christians who don't know God's name in Christianity and yet know who he is. Even unbelievers in Europe and America who claim to believe in God, I say claim because they don't. Ask them what God they believe in and they will say "the one the church believes in". I am not saying that atheists and unbelievers are the ultimate evidence, I am simply making the point that there are individuals who are aware of who the true God is, despite rejecting him and not knowing his name. There are Christians who do love God but DON'T know his name.

Jesus is speaking about making the Father known the world. Christians need to make YHWH know to the people of the world and bring them to him, Father, Son and Spirit.

"What was Jesus’ offense?

“The Jews insisted, "We have a law, and according to that law he must die, because he claimed to be the Son of God."
John 19:7 (NIV)

He pretended to be the “Son of God". His people knew that he was a descendant of David, not a "Son of God". Why did he pretend to be the “Son of God”? What was the reason?"

The subject of Jesus being the Son of God has already been addressed here: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/the-real-great-pretender-expose-of.html

"What other event did the apostles conjured that makes God a liar again:

At the time of Jesus’ baptism:

And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
Matthew 3:17 NIV

The apostles wrote that during Jesus’ baptism a voice came from heaven speaking about Jesus as His Son.

Maestro’s question: Can we hear the voice of God?

and said to Moses, "Speak to us yourself and we will listen.
But do not have God speak to us or we will die."
Exodus 20:19 (NIV)

Ever since then it was Moses who spoke to the people in behalf of God. This is also why in Deuteronomy18:18-19a prophet will be sent like Moses because just like Moses, he will speak on behalf of God –this time through the scriptures that Moses and the other prophets had written. By saying that God will send a prophet like Moses, God confirms that He will not speak directly to man otherwise man will die.

For the apostles to say that they heard the voice of God is not true.  They had made God a liar once more, because they did not die during that event and lived to tell the story.  Therefore, the voice they heard is not from God.

If the apostles and the people did not die when the voice was heard, whose voice is it?  It is not from God because the people who heard it did not die.  If it is not from God, whose voice that has been heard saying: “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased” and claiming to be the “father” of Jesus?"

Exodus 20:19 is addressed in this article: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/who-are-false-prophets-maestro-erano.html. This is what I have said:

"The people were afraid of God speaking to them and ask Moses to be his mouthpiece and speak on God's behalf. If a prophet dies from merely hearing the voice of God, how the hell did man even get the TANAKH in the first place? God spoke VERBALLY to the prophets of Israel in dreams and visions. God can on occasions VEIL his glory and speak to an individual. By Erano's logic, he should of been dead after supposedly hearing from God. Yes I know he claims to be the prophet like Moses, but so far, I am not convinced."

Not every single instance does a man die if God speaks to them, he can veil his glory, which is what he did in the baptism of Jesus. It is Erano's moronic exegesis or eisegesis I should say that causes him to come to this absurd conclusion. Exodus 34 is another text that is also abused by Erano for this reason. Erano's own writings is proof that he has business being an apologist.

Let's deal with his misuse of John 8:44.

"You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire.  He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
John 8:44 (NIV)

It was Jesus who mentioned the Devil as “Father” – you will not find any one that had been called "father" in the New Testament other than the Devil.  So if Jesus always calls to a “father” – who was his father?

Regarding the authority of Jesus – healing the sick, performing miracles, driving out demons - where is it from?  Did his power come from God?

One day as he was teaching the people in the temple courts and preaching the gospel, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, together with the elders, came up to him. "Tell us by what authority you are doing these things," they said. "Who gave you this authority?"  He replied, "I will also ask you a question. Tell me, John's baptism - was it from heaven, or from men?"
They discussed it among themselves and said, "If we say, 'From heaven,' he will ask, 'Why didn't you believe him?'  But if we say, 'From men,' all the people will stone us, because they are persuaded that John was a prophet."
So they answered, "We don't know where it was from."
Jesus said, "Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things."
Luke 20:1-8 (NIV)

No one can say during their time, that Jesus’ authority came from God, because Jesus did not reveal it to them.  The religions’ claim that his authority comes from God is pure speculation. The religions are indeed speculators.  This is the cause of the confusion and distortions on the true nature of Jesus from the very beginning."

Jesus calling God the Father and Satan a father are two different contexts. Just because he says to some of the Jews their father was the devil, that doesn't mean that his Father in heaven is the Devil, that's is an abuse of the text and eisegetical.

Jesus is specifically saying that some of the Jews BELONGED TO SATAN BY SAYING SATAN WAS THEIR FATHER. He is not referring to their relationship to the first person of the Trinity, the Father in heaven.

In Luke 20, the Pharisees, chief priests, teachers and elders were afraid of the peoples reaction if they answered Jesus' question and refuse to answer his question. Because they refused to answer and claimed they don't know, Jesus then decides not to bother telling them where his authority came from. However, this doesn't automatically lead to Jesus not revealing ANYTHING about himself to anyone. There is no speculation here and it's ironic that he is setting himself up as Jesus' judge and claiming to be a prophet after him. If anything Erano should be tested in light of Jesus, the apostles and the prophets of the TANAKH, NOT the other way around.

Also his abuse of Luke 4 is already addressed here: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/the-true-authority-and-true-glory-of.html.

"Let us first learn the way to worship God:

Be warned, my son, of anything in addition to them.
Of making many books there is no end,
and much study wearies the body.
Ecclesiastes 12:12 (NIV)

It is written that too much studying regarding the word of God has made us weary.  When we go to religious or non-religious bookstores, we find plenty of books regarding Jesus and other teachings of the religions.

There are pastors and preachers who have heard the teachings from Maestro Evangelista. When asked if any of the teachings that they have learned (from their respective religions), are the same with the true teachings regarding God and Jesus, they replied: “we have spent many years in the study of the scriptures, and now we find out that not even one of the religion’s teachings is true”."

Read Ecclesiastes 12 again, Solomon is telling his son not to add anymore to the wisdom he has already given him. He is NOT talking about the canon of the Bible and he is NOT saying that we cannot study those books. There is nothing wrong with studying books but obviously we need to take breaks. Let's read it:

"Ecclesiates 12:9 Not only was the Teacher wise, but he also imparted knowledge to the people. He pondered and searched out and set in order many proverbs. 10 The Teacher searched to find just the right words, and what he wrote was upright and true.

11 The words of the wise are like goads, their collected sayings like firmly embedded nails—given by one shepherd.[b] 12 Be warned, my son, of anything in addition to them.

Of making many books there is no end, and much study wearies the body.

13 Now all has been heard;
here is the conclusion of the matter:
Fear God and keep his commandments,
for this is the duty of all mankind.
14 For God will bring every deed into judgment,
    including every hidden thing,
whether it is good or evil."

There is nothing wrong with studying commentaries, books, scholarly works or anything like that. The worship of God also embodies studying the word of God as it should be studied. If Erano is discouraging people from studying the scripture, he is actually causing his followers to DISOBEY God. In fact even the Shema tells us in Deuteronomy 6:4 to love God with ALL OUR MIND as well as heart soul and strength. You cannot love God if you disengage your mind.

"We already know that Jesus never fulfilled his mission and he died not for our sins, but for his own iniquities, contrary to the teachings of the religions.  We have come to realize that all the teachings that we have learned, especially the wait for Jesus’ second coming were proven false. In other words, we have wasted our time and effort in a belief that is not true.

Let us discover what we should have read regarding God so that we will not be weary in the end?

Look in the scroll of the LORD and read:
None of these will be missing, not one will lack her mate.
For it is his mouth that has given the order,
and his Spirit will gather them together.
Isaiah 34:16 (NIV)

It is clearly specified that we should only have to read about God in the books of the Old Testament, from the prophets whom God had given His secrets.  These books are enough. But the religions made the books of the New Testament that had been centered on the teachings of the apostles of Jesus, who had no right and authority to speak about God and even to speak on behalf of Jesus.

The result was the greatest hoax - confusion and deception - ever made in the history of mankind!

The teachings of the religions are really far from the truth; they let you worship Jesus who is not god nor a “son of God” but just a "man;" who failed to fulfill his mission and was punished for his iniquities.  God gave us the curse!"

The reason Jesus had died on the cross I have already addressed, Just go here and this article links to other articles: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/yhwh-returns-response-to-maestro-m.html. His arguments have been addressed and it has been clearly demonstrated that Erano lies through his teeth and tortures the scriptures to prove he is prophesied in the Bible. The only reference to Erano in the Bible is that he is a false prophet.

Oh and the scroll in Isaiah 34 is a scroll in a vision, it is not referring to the Bible or telling us what books should or should not be read.

"Let us now learn about the manner of worshipping God.

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter:
Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.
Ecclesiastes 12:13 (NIV)

The manner of worshipping God is to fear Him and obey the commandments; this is the whole duty of man.  For us to understand it better let us read again in…

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse-
Deuteronomy 11:26 (NIV)

We have learned earlier that God had placed before us, a blessing and a curse.  That we are the ones responsible for choosing the kind of life we live in this world.  To receive and enjoy the blessings of God, what should we do?

the blessing if you obey the commands of the LORD your God that I am
giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of the LORD
your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following
other gods, which you have not known.
Deuteronomy 11:27-28 (NIV)

We will receive blessings if we will only follow God’s commandments.  It’s very simple, obey God.   From what we have read in Ecclesiastes 12:12-14, that the whole duty of man to God is to fear Him and obey the commandments, it is where the blessings can be found."

And fearing God and obeying him involves studying the scriptures and that includes EXAMINING the claims of prophets, INCLUDING ERANO.

"What will God give you; what will be your blessing?

For God will bring every deed into judgment,
including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.
Ecclesiastes 12:14 (NIV)

The blessing that God will give to us is the faculty to know and understand the things that were hidden from us: to realize its meaning, and to discern the difference between good and evil; to see the difference between the teaching of God and the teaching of Satan.  This gives us the knowledge we need so that we can no longer be deceived by anyone since we now know the two sides of the matter.  With this knowledge and understanding, you can no longer be fooled or deceived.  If you still allow yourself to be fooled or deceived, it can now be said that the problem is, YOU!

What is God’s important commandment that once we heed, we no longer need to tire ourselves in studying other additional books concerning the word of God in the Bible.  We will be able to know the difference between the good and evil, between the teaching of God and the teaching of Satan in the Bible?"

If you don't study, how in the world can you have discernment. You need the Spirit of God and you need to study in order to have discernment. It is the person's problem if they say "I will not study this issue, why should I". People who refuse to study ultimately will have little to no discernment. The problem is with most cults, including Erano's own cult, is that their followers will only accept what the teacher says to them and will not accept what others have to say, let alone study the Bible for themselves.

"I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.
Deuteronomy 18:18-19 (NIV)

God said before in Deuteronomy18:18-19 about the ONE prophet (like Moses) whom He will send, in whose mouth He will place His words. This is the SIGN of the REAL PROPHET of GOD or the ‘prophet like Moses’ in our time, because he will be able to clearly explain the word of God, not from his personal study of the Bible. God DOES NOT REQUIRE His true prophet to have a degree in Theology or knowledge of Hebrew or any other ancient language, since he (‘prophet like Moses’) will be instructed by God HIMSELF, as how to explain His (God) words which were written long ago by His earlier prophets.

We can also read in Deuteronomy18:18-19 that God gave a STRICT reminder that He will call into account those who choose not to listen to His words that He commanded His prophet to speak in His Name.  This explains why we have to fear God for if we do not listen to His words that the prophet (like Moses) speaks in His name, we will be accountable to God or we will be punished by God!

Now we may understand why that it is only a waste of time to study other books regarding God because we were only required by God to listen to His words that He commanded His prophet like Moses to speak to us through the Bible.

By obeying God’s commandment in Deuteronomy 18:18-19 to listen to His words that He commanded His prophet like Moses, Maestro Evangelista to reveal to us through the scriptures and by FEARING the consequence of God’s punishment if we do not listen to God’s word as stated in Deuteronomy18:18-19."

Deuteronomy 18 has already been dealt with: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/who-are-false-prophets-maestro-erano.html
Reading Erano's articles is a bit of a bore to read. I have linked to other articles when he repeats a certain point.

Studying is NOT a waste of time and it's a lack of study that leads to an increase in heresy. The prophets had to confront this, as did Jesus and the apostles. They had to deal with heresies in their day that were flourishing and heresy needs to be tackled and refuted to this day and put down. The TANAKH even says and this principle is past on into the New Testament:

Deuteronomy 4:9 Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.

Paul exhorts the church in his letter to teach our children the ways of the Lord:
Ephesians 6:4 Fathers,[b] do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

The points about whether Gentiles are to observe Torah or not are addressed here: http://answering-judaism.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/observance-of-torah-demanded-of-gentiles.html.

In order to teach your children to Christ, your need to live the Christian life and demonstrate a holy life, but also you need to study the word of God and teach it to your children. You cannot teach your children about Christ if you lack in these areas. you cannot deal with error and have wisdom and understanding without study and learning. Erano talks about wisdom and understanding yet he has taken that away from his followers and thus you end up with people who have NO discernment and NO actual study of their own. Talk about no consistency or a lack thereof on Erano's part.

More arguments may be addressed in a future article.
